PolArt attracts patronage from around Australia and New Zealand and has established a reputation for being a family friendly, community festival focusing on artistic activities that allow audiences to immerse themselves in all forms of Polish art and culture. While strongly rooted in Polish folkloric song and dance, PolArt has evolved over the years and now includes theatre, film, visual arts, music and literature.

PolArt is a not-for-profit entity managed by a committee of responsible, enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers. All sponsorships and financial contributions therefore, go directly into running and promoting the event, providing partners tremendous value for investment while a combination of free and ticketed events draws crowds in their thousands.
